This little tenor beauty has Honduran Mahogany sides and back and sports a gorgeous curly Maple top. The black pearloid binding and rosette suggest this ukulele's name while giving ir a rich and appealing look. The overall appearance is topped off with an ebony fretboard, bridge, a spalted maple headplate and black tuning pegs. Aside from its physical appearance Lil' Black Pearl has a great range of tones with a strong mellow base to the treble tones that ukuleles are famous for. Though it is the typical size of a tenor ukulele it packs a punch with great volume and slow decay of sound at both the high and low end. Overall, this is an awesome little instrument and well worth checking out.
